Start-to-finish setup

Set up your tenant

  • Provision your tenant and invite your team members.
  • Connect accounting (Xero or MYOB) and Stripe for billing.
  • Add your logo and contact details so client messages look on-brand.

Import clients and properties

  • Bulk import using your spreadsheet or export from your current system.
  • Add tags for regions or run groups to make routing easier.
  • Set preferred notification settings for each client.

Build schedules and runs

  • Create recurring visits and one-off jobs, then assign them to crews.
  • Use rain delay tools to roll a day or week forward without losing visibility.
  • Optimise runs to reduce travel time before you dispatch.

Communicate and bill

  • Send SMS notifications and reminders at the cadence you prefer.
  • Generate invoices from completed work and sync to Xero or MYOB.
  • Track payment status through Stripe and follow up from one place.
